At Style Empire, we want your shopping experience to be easy, fun, and successful. In order to help you find what you are looking for, we offer several ways to shop.
  • Shop by Category: This is the perfect place to start shopping if you are looking for a handbag, wallet, shirt, or any other item. Our site is divided into eight departments: Handbags, Accessories, Wallets, Shoes, Women, Men, Watches, and Clearance. You can access the departments by clicking on the corresponding link on the top section of any page. Once you are on the department page, the left side will have a list of search options. There, you can refine the category further by type, brand, size, color, and/or price.
  • Shop by Designer: Can't wait for that new Prada bag to come out? To shop by designer/brand, click on the “Shop by Manufacturer” link located at the top section of any page. This will bring you to a list of all designers sold on our web site, with subcategories to further refine your search. Alternatively, you may click either Handbags, Accessories, Wallets, Shoes, Women, Men, Watches, or Clearance at the top of any page to be taken to that department. Then click on the desired brand under the “Refine by Manufacturer” category on the left side of the page.
  • Shop with Our Search Tool: If you already know exactly what you are looking for, you can search for the specific product you want. Our search tool saves you time by letting you enter in the exact product that you are looking for (e.g. “Fendi spy bag”). No need to look through pages of shoulder bags and totes!
  • Shop What's New: Browse our newest styles by clicking on the “New Arrivals” link found on the Homepage, as well as the links for the Handbags, Accessories, Wallets, Shoes, Women, Men, Watches, and Clearance department pages. New styles are added on a continuous basis, so be sure to come back often.
The Shopping Bag

The shopping bag is where you keep your selections until you are ready to check out. It works just like a shopping cart in a store. While you are still browsing, it will hold the items that you wish to purchase. Keep in mind, however, that it only holds items while your session is open. If you close your browser or leave the web site, you may lose the items in your bag.

To save items for a longer period of time, you will need to have a Style Empire account. Click the “Join Club Empire” link on the bottom left of the homepage or the “My Account” link at the top of any page to create your Style Empire account. When you have an account and the site recognizes you, we will remember the items you leave in your cart whenever you visit the site. Be quick, though, because if the inventory for the item is low, it may sell out while you're waiting.

You may review what you have put in your shopping bag whenever you want to. Just click on the link to “Shopping Bag” at the top of the page and you will be able to see all of the items you are currently holding there. The shopping bag even keeps track of how many items you've placed in it as you continue to shop on the site.

Once you click on the “Shopping Bag” link, you will be able to see the item name, price, and quantity. From the shopping bag, you'll also be able to update the quantities of any item (by either adding or removing). You can remove items by clicking on the “Remove” button next to any item. To increase the quantity of an item, simply enter the desired quantity next to the item in your bag and click on the “Update Total” button.

If you choose to leave the site without checking out, your shopping bag will retain the items you have selected, but we do not guarantee that those items will remain in stock. Because Style Empire sells some items in limited quantities, we urge you to purchase the items you are interested in when you see them. The next time you visit, they might be gone!

Checking Out

Once you have added the item(s) you wish to purchase to your shopping bag, you are ready to check out. From your shopping bag, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button. If you have already created a Style Empire account, enter your e-mail address and password under the “Returning Customers” header and click the “Continue” button. If you are a new customer, click the “Continue” button under “New Customers.” Simply follow the steps outlined and provide the necessary shipping and billing information to complete the checkout process. Once you have completed checkout, you will begin to receive e-mail notifications on your order. You can also log into your account to view your order status.

$10.00 Flat Rate U.S. Shipping

Shopping online shouldn't be expensive, and shipping costs shouldn't deter you from ordering at Style Empire. That's why we make our shipping price affordable: it's only $10.00 for USPS Priority shipping within the United States. This price remains the same regardless of how many items you purchase or how much the package weighs. Prices are only slightly higher for express shipping, COD, and bulk/wholesale orders. International shipping is available for an additional cost.

Money-Back Guarantee

It's not always easy to make a purchasing decision when all you have in front of you is a computer screen displaying the item's picture and description. What if you buy an item and it is larger than you expected it to be, for example? Style Empire wants to make sure you're happy with each and every purchase you make. If you're not satisfied with what you have purchased, you can return it within 100 days for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Our Departments: Eight Is Great

You can begin shopping at any one of our eight great departments-- Women, Men, Handbags, Accessories, Wallets, Shoes, Home Decor, and Clearance. In each department you will find a variety of styles, making it easy for you to find just what you are looking for-- whether it's for yourself or someone else.
  • Shop by Category: Each department has a list of categories that is located on the left side of the page. You may click on these links to view all the items that fit under the specified category. This is an ideal way to browse if you're looking for a shirt, a pair of jeans, a tote bag, or any other item.
  • Shop by Designer: Are you the kind of person who only buys Marc Jacobs handbags? If you are, then shopping by designer is perfect for you. On each department page, there is a list of designers/brands on the left side. By clicking on a designer's name, you will be shown all the products by that designer. The result is that you have narrowed down the current department's products to display only those created by a specific designer.
  • Shop with Our Search Tool: If you already know exactly what you are looking for, you can search for the specific product you want. Our search tool saves you time by letting you enter in the exact product that you are looking for (e.g. “Fendi Spy Bag”). No need to look through pages of shoulder bags and totes!
  • Shop by New Arrivals: Browse our newest styles by clicking on the “New Arrivals” link, which is found on the Homepage and the eight department pages.

Add Style Empire to Your Email Address Book

Why should I add Style Empire to my email address book?

Many Internet Service Providers, such as MSN Hotmail and Yahoo, now allow you to control the emails that enter your inbox. Filters sort through your incoming emails and place spam in a “Bulk” or “Trash” folder, so that you they do not reach your inbox. Unfortunately, these filters can block emails that you do wish to receive, such as newsletters from Style Empire and other companies. By adding Style Empire to your email address book, you will avoid this problem, ensuring that the Style Empire newsletter will always be delivered straight to your inbox.

How do I add Style Empire to my email address book?

For AOL Users:
1) Click the “Address Book” button to open your address book in the AOL browser.
2) Click the “Add Contact” button.
3) Type in noreply@styleempire.com in the “Screen Name” field, and then click “Save.”

For EarthLink Users:
1) Click the “Address Book” button to open your address book in the EarthLink browser.
2) Click the “Add Contact” button (if you use EarthLink 5.0, click the “Add” button).
3) Type in noreply@styleempire.com in the “Email Address” field, and then click OK.

For MSN/Hotmail Users:
1) Go to the “Options” page in your MSN Hotmail browser.
2) Under the “Mail Handling” section, click “Safe List.”
3) Type noreply@styleempire.com into the “Type a single email address (or domain)” field.
4) Click “Add,” then click “OK.”

For Yahoo Users:
1) Click the “Addresses” button to open your address book in the Yahoo browser.
2) Click the “Add a New Contact” button.
3) Type in noreply@styleempire.com in the “Email” field, and then click “Save Contact.”

If you have already created a Style Empire account, enter your email address and password under the “Returning Customers ” header and click the “Continue ” button. If you are a new customer, click the “Continue” button under “New Customers. ” Simply follow the steps outlined and provide the necessary shipping and billing information to complete the checkout process. Once you have completed checkout, you will begin to receive email notifications on your order. You can also log into your account to view your order status.

How Long Will It Take to Get My Order?

After you place an order with Style Empire, it will normally take six to nine days for you to receive your shipment. A business day is any day Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Order Information and Status History

To review your order information, the status of your order(s), and all of your history with us, simply log into “My Account.” Your account information is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will be able to see all of your purchases, shipping information, and account information, as well as any returns or credits you may have.

Order Confirmation

Once you have placed an order with us, we will send you four emails.

The first is an order confirmation. This will be sent to you immediately after you have placed your order. It will detail your transaction.

The second email will be sent when we have approved your order. This email will let you know that your order has been approved and that it is being packed and prepared for shipment.

The third email will tell you that your order has been shipped and that your credit card has been billed (if you have chosen this method of payment).

The fourth email will contain your tracking number.

Tracking Your Order

When your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number by email, which you can track directly over the Internet.

Sending a Gift

Worried that if you send a gift to someone, they'll be able to see the price? When sending a gift from Style Empire, you can relax. Only you will know how much money you saved-- we will omit the price information from the shipping invoice. They'll get a great gift, and you'll have the satisfaction of keeping your financial business private. During the checkout process, please specify that the merchandise is a gift under the “Add Comments About Your Order” field.


Your Account

What's in Your Account

Once you have created an account on Style Empire, you will be able to log into it by clicking on the “My Account” link, located at the top of any page. When are you logged into your account, you will have access to all of your information-- including your billing address, your shipping address, your order history, and your return history. You can log into your account at any time on any day of the week. From your account, you may update your information; keeping your information accurate and up-to-date ensures that your orders will be easier and faster.

To log into your account, click on the “My Account” link, which can be found on the top right side of any Style Empire webpage.

Here's what you can do when you are logged into your account:
  • Change your personal information (name, email address, telephone number, and fax number)
  • Update your billing or shipping address
  • Change your password
  • Check the status of an order
  • View your complete order history
  • View the status of any returned items
  • Keep track of credit on your account
  • Subscribe or unsubscribe from Style Empire's newsletter
Your Style Empire Password

Your password is the key to your personal information on Style Empire. It includes your account information and your order information, and should never be shared with others. Please keep your password in a safe, secure place so that only you will have access to it. And remember-- to create a good password, you should incorporate foreign words, both lower and upper case letters, numbers, and/or special characters.

If you forget your password, we can send you an email with a new, temporary password. If you would like us to do that right now, please follow the instructions below:

1) Click on the “My Account” link, located at the top right side of any Style Empire webpage.

2) Under the “Returning Customers” header, click on the “Password forgotten?” link, which can be found below the password field. You will now be at the “I've Forgotten My Password!” page.

3) Enter your email address in the field and click “Continue.”

4) Check your email (the address that you registered with Style Empire). Style Empire has sent you an email containing a new, temporary password, and your original password has been reset by our system (for security reasons). By the time you check your email, our email should already be in your inbox.

5) Navigate back to the log-in screen on Style Empire, and enter your email address and your new password.

6) To change the temporary password, click on the “Change my account password” link.

7) Enter the temporary password in the “Current Password” field, and then enter a password of your choice in the “New Password” field.

Promotions

How do I use a promotional code?

To use a promotional code, simply type in the code when you are asked for it during checkout.

What do I need to know about promotions?

“Promotions” refers to discounts and promotional codes offered by Style Empire. Promotions are valid only for online purchases of merchandise, during the specified time period. Each promotion may only be used once unless otherwise stated.
  • A one-time use promotion must be used entirely in one purchase. Any amount left over on the promotion will be forfeited. Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions.
  • Promotions do not apply to gift certificates, shipping, or taxes (if applicable).
  • Promotions cannot be applied to previously placed orders.
  • Free shipping promotions are valid for U.S. standard ground shipping within the Continental United States.
  • Shipping charges, taxes (if applicable), and credits from gift certificates do not count towards the minimum order size requirement that a promotion may have.
  • If the promotion states that you must buy one or more items to receive a discount on an additional item, the lower priced item will receive the discount.
  • If you used a promotion on an order and later returned any or all of the merchandise, you will be issued a credit that reflects the promotional price. If the promotion has expired, you cannot use it on another order.
  • Promotional items are available only while supplies last. We cannot issue credits or compensation for promotional items that run out of stock.
  • Style Empire has the right to extend or terminate a promotion at any time, at its discretion.

Sales Tax

If your shipping address is in the state of New York, sales tax is applied to your StyleEmpire.com order in accordance with state and local regulations. Appropriate tax charges will appear on the “Review & Submit Order” page during checkout.
