If you're not satisfied with what you have purchased, you can return it within 100 days for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). No questions will be asked, as long as the item is in its original, unused condition. Note: this return policy does not include the furniture and other home decor products that we sell. If you return your item(s) and opt for a refund to your Style Empire account, we will refund the entire amount of your item(s), excluding shipping costs, that you paid when the order was originally placed. However, if you request a refund to your credit card, a return shipping fee of $10.00 will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will credit the appropriate account within 10-14 business days; we will also send you an e-mail to let you know that the refund is complete.

Style Empire strives to offer you great designer merchandise at the best possible value. In order to do so, we may not always carry large quantities of items or a wide variety of sizes. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot process exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or color, please return your original merchandise and place a new order.

4) Once we receive your return, we will process the rest of the return as specified in the return authorization email or phone conversation. All refunds/exchanges will be processed 10 to 14 business days after your return is received.
