StyleEmpire.com are F.O.B. at our fulfillment center. You receive the
title to the goods at the time of delivery by the fulfillment center to

If your shipping address is in New
York, sales tax is applied to your StyleEmpire.com order in accordance
with state and local regulations. You will be able to review any
appropriate tax charges on the “Review Order” page during checkout. For
all international orders, the customs and import duties of the
destination country are the customer's responsibility.
